PDX模型转化课题组

　　简介

　　PDX模型转化课题组的使命为PDX（人源肿瘤异种移植）模型的建立及临床前应用。课题组目前有工作人员3人（副高1人，中级1人，初级1人）。课题组已承担多项研究项目，包括国家自然科学基金、863重大专项、北京市自然科学基金、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程项目、中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费等，研究成果发表于Molecular Immunology、Cellular Signalling、FEBS Letters等杂志，申请专利2项，已获授权1项。

　　研究方向：

　　课题组主要研究领域包括：1. PDX模型的建立及临床前应用：（1）建立多种肿瘤（食管癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、下咽癌、脑膜瘤等）PDX模型；（2）建立肿瘤PDX资源库；（3）筛选敏感化疗药物与癌症个体化治疗研究。
