Overview:
The research group has a complete set of gene modification technology systems, including mature transgenic mice, large-segment transgenic mice, gene knockout, gene knock-in, etc., and a professional team for the development and analysis of experimental animal disease models. The first "two-locus, single-donor" rat gene knockout technology system has been widely used in the world. In the past 5 years, the company has provided services for nearly 100 domestic research institutions to create genetically modified mouse models.

Scientific Research Achievements:
Supported by these animal model resources, they have produced a series of high-level papers, including Nature, Nature Immunology, PNAS, Immunity, Blood, etc. At present, more than 170 kinds of rat genetic engineering strains have been developed (www.ratresource.com). Among them, the Cre reporting tools labeled with Rosa26 site and tissue-specific Cre tools, rat resources, as the characteristics of our department, have begun to provide a boost for the progress of life science and medical research in China.
