龚佳男,女,准聘助理教授,博士生导师。2008年毕业于西北农林科技大学,获得理学学士学位,2013年毕业于中国医学科学院基础医学研究所/清华大学医学院获理学博士学位。随后在墨尔本大学生物医学系/The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research 医学研究所开展博士后科研训练,2019年底以高层次人才引进中国医学科学院医学实验动物研究所工作,并获聘中国医学科学院/北京协和医学院准聘助理教授,2021年聘任为研究员。

主要从事肿瘤发生发展及转移机理和抗癌药物耐药性研究,预期寻找新的抗癌靶点,为新抗癌药物研发和联合用药提供生物学依据。近年来在Nature、Cancer Discovery、Blood、Cell Death and Differentiation等期刊发表论文30余篇。

1.新型肿瘤疾病模型的创制,包括动物模型和类器官模型。

2.利用肿瘤疾病模型开展肿瘤发病机理、寻找治疗新靶点以及肿瘤耐药等研究。
