傅瑶,女,博士,研究员,助理教授,博士生导师。1991年7月生于安徽省。2014年在武汉大学获得学士学位,2019年在北京大学获整合生命科学专业博士学位。主要从事干细胞和细胞命运重编程研究。阐明了化学重编程诱导多潜能干细胞(chemically induced pluripotent stem cells,CiPSCs)过程的分子机理;建立了高效快速的小鼠CiPS诱导体系;首次实现了人体细胞化学重编程诱导CiPS细胞。重要代表性研究成果分别发表在Nature、Cell、Cell Stem Cell等期刊上。
研究主要集中在再生医学领域,围绕干细胞与细胞命运重编程方向探索(1)实验动物替代产品与技术研发;(2)细胞疗法治疗疾病的新可能性。主要研究内容包括:基于化学小分子诱导细胞重编程策略,开发大动物模型干细胞制备新技术;研究全能干细胞和早期胚胎发育体外模型的制备技术;研究细胞命运调控的新机制,探索疾病治疗的新靶点。
目前主要承担医学与健康科技创新工程重点项目1项、参与国家重点研发计划“干细胞研究与器官修复”重点专项1项。
