简介:
白琳课题组致力于神经、血液和心血管等系统重大疾病的干细胞研究和治疗,为干细胞研究成果向临床应用转化提供基础数据和方案支持。课题组已承担多项研究项目,包括国家自然科学面上和青年基金、北京市自然科学重点和面上基金、教育部博士点新教师类基金、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程项目、中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费等,研究成果发表于cell research, Cell Death & Disease, Experimental Cell Research和Journal of Cellular Biochemistry等杂志。
研究方向:
(1)建立实验动物及疾病动物模型干细胞库,用于临床药物筛选和疾病机制的研究。
(2)干细胞治疗的安全性和有效性的评价。
(3)干细胞衰老机制研究。

科研成果:
(1)建立了实验动物及疾病动物模型干细胞库,用于临床药物筛选和疾病机制的研究。
(2)建立多种帕金森疾病动物模型及干细胞治疗帕金森动物模型有效性和安全性评价体系。
(3)利用基因修饰小鼠,研究衰老过程中干细胞的稳态维持和再生能力的改变以及机体衰老的机制。
承担项目:
课题组已承担完成多项研究项目,包括国家自然科学基金青年项目、北京市自然科学基金、教育部博士点新教师类基金、协和青年项目、中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费等。正在承担项目包括国家自然基金面上项目、北京市自然基金重点项目、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程项目。研究成果发表于Cell Research, Cell Death & Disease, Experimental Cell Research和Journal of Cellular Biochemistry等杂志。
