白琳，女，博士，副研究员，博士生导师。1984年01月出生于山西省。2002年-2006年就读于北京师范大学，获理学学士学位。2006年-2011年就读于北京师范大学细胞生物学专业，获得理学博士学位。主要从事干细胞治疗和干细胞衰老模型的研究。主持参与了国家自然基金青年项目和面上项目、北京市自然基金项目、教育部博士点新教师类基金、国家重点研发等基金。工作期间建立了干细胞分离、培养、鉴定平台，为研究提供稳定了干细胞来源和技术服务；建立了人源化小鼠模型平台，与传染病、肿瘤、干细胞临床评价进行多项合作；建立了稳定的大鼠和食蟹猴帕金森模型，开展干细胞治疗帕金森有效性和安全性的评价；建立了衰老相关的基因修饰模型，为深入了解干细胞衰老调控机制提供动物模型和实验依据。以第一作者或通讯作者在Cell Death & Disease，Translational neurodegeneration， Stem cell research & therapy，Experimental Cell Research，Cell Research等杂志发表SCI论文14篇。
