Vector Virus Research Group
Overview:
As continuous spreads of dengue and the outbreak of ZIKA, vector-borne viral infections have become a major threat to human health. To this end, the Institute and the Pathogen Center established a vector virus Research group in 2018. The aim is to create a new animal model for vector-borne infectious diseases, and to use the model to carry out comparative medical research, so as to provide animal models, key technologies and basic information for scientific research and comprehensive prevention and control of vector-borne infectious diseases.

Main Research Achievements:
1. Created 3 new animal models;
