Organ Humanization Research Group
Using genetic engineering and somatic cell cloning techniques, the organ humanization research group established and analyzed the miniature pig model that could be used for organ transplantation, so as to solve the possible immune rejection reaction, coagulation disorder inflammatory reaction and potential biological safety problems caused by donor animals. Based on the existing models, the neoantigens causing immune rejection after xenotransplantation were screened to optimize the gene modification of donor animals.
