Immune Diseases Research Group

2012年12月13日 Source:

Overview:

The Immune Disease Research Group was established in 2014. There are 5 researchers in the laboratory, including 1 senior researcher, 1 assistant researcher, 1 technician-in-charge, 2 master students in joint training, 2 graduated doctoral students and 2 master students.

Research Direction:

The main research contents of the research group are as follows: (1) The research on the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases: focusing on the molecular and cellular level to explore the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis, lupus and other diseases; (2) Mechanism of coordination and antagonism between immune system and intestinal microflora; To explore the mechanism of coordination and dialogue among microflora, cytokines and immune cells and its influence on the pathogenesis of major immune diseases; (3) Study on the relationship between immune system and stem cells; To investigate the role and mechanism of immune microenvironment in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases or spinal cord injury by neural stem cell transplantation.

Scientific research Achievements:

Niu Haitao established a triple gene model rat of systemic lupus erythematosusbased on sle1/ SLE2 / Sle3, systematically elucidating that the pathogenesis of SLE is related to abnormalities in the development of specific B cells and self-reactive B cells, and for the first time finding that cdKN2C gene mutation affects the renewal and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells in systematic lupus erythematosus. The paper has been published in Blood, Journal of Experimental Medicine and other journals, with a total of more than 30 articles and 3 patents. He has undertaken a number of key research and development projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Health and the Innovation Project of the Medical Academy, etc. Meanwhile, he has established a perfect intestinal microbial analysis system platform and mucosal immune research and analysis technology platform.
